Berkey products benefit from a warranty covering manufacturing defects or abnormal malfunctions observed during use in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

If your Berkey system or one of its components presents a problem after use (for example a defective element or abnormal operation), we invite you to contact our support by email indicating your order number and describing the problem encountered precisely.
Our team will assist you in identifying the situation and, where applicable, propose an appropriate solution (replacement, repair or other assistance).

Warranty exclusions

- The warranty does not cover:

- normal wear and tear of products

- misuse, incorrect assembly or non-compliant maintenance

- failure to prime the filters

- intentional or accidental damage

- use of filters with salt water or softened water

⚠️ Berkey filters are not designed to be used with salt water or water treated by a softener.
Such use causes premature wear of the filters, considerably reduces their lifespan and voids the warranty.
